I had booked a 7-seater Innova for a 7-day round trip from Nagpur- Shirdi-Pune- Kolhapur. I had initial apprehensions about using AMZ as this was my first time and I had aged parents and a 3 year old with me. Before the trip, I called and WhatsApped AMZ team for a good driver and car and was assured the same.Pleasantly, I received the driver details 24 hours before my trip which reassured me.
